Type, Lens, Size & Weight
Used in its construction was a glass lens, which offers noticeably better picture quality than plastic lenses do. Measuring 2.80 x 1.71 x 3.74 inches and weighing 5.75 oz, the Logitech C922X is quite small and portable.
Resolution & Display
The best resolution to shoot for on YouTube is 1080p. While it isn’t 4K, like the Logitech Brio offers, 1080p is miles better than 720p. And since it records 30 frames per second, it’s nice and fluid too. More importantly, light correction is superb across all resolutions, thanks to its low light correction. You could flip the switch on a single lamp and dark shadows still wouldn’t be a big issue.
Tripod & Image Stability
With the clip-on, image stability is passable for the most part. You’ll have to adjust it every now and then since the clip isn’t the most reliable. To avoid this, consider investing in a tripod

Optical Zoom, Microphone, Audio & Storage
To alter any of the Logitech C922X’s features, you’ll usually lean on software. For example, there isn’t an on-board button for zooming, but you can through Logitech webcam software, including background replacement. That won’t take care of internal storage, however. Audio quality isn’t very good, unfortunately. It picks up static far too often, which is why the bundle with a Blue Yeti microphone is so valuable.
Value
Visually speaking, the Logitech C922X is perfect at this price range, competing directly with the Razer Kiyo Webcam. It’s audio quality where it falls short, which is why we highly consider taking the Blue Yeti microphone bundle to cancel out any and all of its shortcomings. If you aren’t willing to make that jump, the Logitech 930E is equally good.

Even if YouTube isn’t on the horizon for you, audio quality is going to be important. That’s why the Logitech C922X hinges largely on how good you think audio quality needs to be. Already have an external microphone? Great! You can easily justify grabbing this webcam; its superb visual quality definitely warrants it, especially light correction.
