Gone are the days of Teflon-coated nonstick pans. Modern products, including every pan on the above list, use a variety of safer materials to achieve their nonstick coatings. Still, some companies still produce products that use the dreaded Polytetrafluoroethylene as a coating, so make sure that the pan is certified to be toxin-free. - Check Your Burners
Though most nonstick pans can work with most burner types, induction stoves can sometimes pose a problem.
