Ease of Use
One of the other bothersome things about this grill is that assembly is difficult compared to other grills, similar to the Stok Quattro. It comes with instructions, but you’ll definitely need a spare afternoon to assemble it properly. Other than that, the cast iron cooking grates are porcelain-enameled so they are easier to clean, and the side tables provide a spot to house your cooking utensils and spices.

While the GS4 Grilling System does provide high-quality main burners, it also provides stainless steel flavorizer bars for that signature grilled smoky flavor and a grease management system to help with clean-up and make it run smoother. The Weber Genesis II 335 is a large and not easily movable grill, but then again the people at Weber didn’t design it with that in mind. I would rather have to move a grill just once, to its designated spot, and then have it sear up the best meals possible. Just make sure you set aside an entire afternoon to put it together!
