Power/Heating
The high-performance Coyote Grill is powered by three cast stainless steel Infinity burners and one RapidSear infrared burner which provides up to 75,000 BTUs of cooking power. If you prefer a five-burner model, consider the Blaze Grill. Coyote grills also come with a 15,000 BTU rear infrared burner to slow-roast meat to near succulent perfection. Size/Durability
The Grill Coyote offers a total cooking space of 640 square inches. Although this isn’t small by any stretch of the imagination, it is small by built-in standards. If you want almost double the coverage, consider the Napoleon Burners Prestige PRO 665 Natural Gas Grill. Durability
The Coyote S Series has a 304-grade stainless steel construction. And this construction is throughout the grill, from the wind guard to the smoker box to the flame tamers, the Coyote Grill is built to last in your outdoor kitchen no matter what you throw at it. Ease of Use
The ceramic briquettes heat control grids distribute heat evenly to minimize flare-ups and to make sure the meat cooks evenly. The Coyote Grill Cart also comes with flamethrower ignition which is much easier to get going and much easier on the wallet if you need a replacement. The wind guard also aids greatly in cooking in breezy weather.
Value
Backlit LED bezels illuminate the front knobs of the Coyote Grill and two interior halogen lights illuminate the left and right sides of the grill. If your party goes into the night this will be a must-have feature to keep the cooking going. The warranty is there, and it’s fine, but for such a premium grill we would have expected something along the lines of Napoleon’s lifetime warranty.
Coyote S Series Grill Wrap Up
While the cooking surface may be a bit small compared to other built-in grills, it’s still more than enough to feed your family and a few friends from the neighborhood. Ignition is reliable, the burners are powerful, and the construction is solid. All things we would expect from a grill of this level.
