How We Decided
We preferred compact, lightweight electric, propane, or infrared grills that cooked at temperatures no hotter than 485 degrees for safe use and handling in enclosed outdoor and wooded areas. We liked grills with safety features like cool-touch handles and housings well as durable steel, aluminum, or high test plastic housing.
