Power/Performance
The Dell Inspiron 11 does well enough for a system that runs off of Chrome OS. People found the operating system odd to maneuver, especially compared to the tried and true operating system Windows. However, with a little practice, you’ll be using it as if it were second nature. The only issue found was that when it came to intensive programs, the Inspiron chugged behind. If you need a laptop that can handle the more intensive programs, the Acer Spin 11 is your best bet.
Battery
Regarding battery life, the Dell Wireless Inspiron 11 packs a surprising amount of punch. At an incredible 13.5 hours being able to last all day and then some of the next day shouldn’t be too much of a stretch for this laptop.. Rivaling even the Apple Macbook Air in terms of longevity, the Inspirion can be on the go and without a charger for as long as you need it to be.
Ports/Expandability
The Dell Inspiron 11 comes equipped with an audio jack, an HDMI, 2 USB ports, and an SD card reader. An impressive amount of ports for a laptop in this price range. The card reader is the most important of them all, though. Seeing how the Inspiron only carries 16GB of memory, your only options to expand are cloud storage or a memory card.
Build Quality
The overall quality of the Dell Inspiron 11 is fair. With the price the way it is it’s not going to be made of aluminum, and this should have been fairly obvious. But the plastic casing is more than durable enough for everyday use. A special shout out to the touch screen, though, for it’s durability and its ability to last long after the initial purchase of the laptop.
Value
If you want to increase the Inspirion’s value, get an SD card. The Dell Inspiron 11 doesn’t come with a standard hard drive, offering only 16GB in memory. However, it includes a media card reader, so expansion should be easy. However, if you’re looking for something with more memory, the Lenovo Flex 14 offers something much more permanent. But in the case of the Inspiron 11, it’s hard to argue with that very attractive price tag.

There are still some setbacks on the Dell Inspiron 11. The lackluster 16GB of memory being the most glaring issue it has. But I say it’s multitude of other beneficial features far outweigh this. Plus with the money you save from purchasing the laptop it won’t be a stretch to say you’ll have at least some left over for external memory.
