Design

The 27-inch curved screen promotes immersive viewing and helps avoid eye strain. If by chance the user ever finds a bad angle, the slim design and hunched stand make it effortless to find another good viewing angle. Speaking of effortless, the monitor weighs only 9 Lbs., being lighter than the BenQ GL2760H. However, the stand can’t be adjusted to affect the screen’s height and, unlike the ViewSonic VA2759, there are no built-in speakers.

Value

The FreeSync feature would noticeably contribute to the overall price, though VA panels aren’t the cheapest panels compared to panels such as the TN panel, they’re usually less expensive than IPS panels. Both FreeSync and the VA panel make this monitor capable of being used for gaming. However, there are cheaper alternatives that have similar specifications and features to the Samsung LC27F398FWNXZA, some of which also use FreeSync or even FreeSync 2.
