The only downside is we couldn’t find any specs for how the scooter takes hills. But considering its speed and ruggedness, we think it could take at least a 10% incline. Safety
The Scooter Razor Ecosmart comes equipped with a rear-brake braking system that’s hand operated and will safely allow you to come to a full-stop. One of the greatest things about the Razor Ecosmart scooter, though, is that the motor will also cut then the brake is engaged which ensures a powerful stop in emergency situations.
Battery Life
Factoring in how fast the scooter can go and the fact that you can get about 40 minutes out of the scooter on a single-charge it should be able to travel about 10 miles which isn’t too bad and on-par with scooters in its class. Where it does lose some points is in its charge time. Clocking in at about 12 hours, 40 minutes just doesn’t seem like an adequate amount of travel time. And 12 hours is about four hours more than overnight charging. Having to charge a scooter for a full day is always cumbersome.
Durability
The Razor Ecosmart is one of the most durable scooters you can buy. It contains a bamboo deck, a material which is not only highly durable, but highly renewable as well. The large 16-inch tires, combined with the ultra-comfortable padded seat, deliver one of the most smooth and comfortable rides you’ll ever encounter in a scooter. There are still plenty of features available on the Razor Ecosmart Metro Electric Scooter. First of all, it doesn’t take any gas and thus runs entirely on electricity making it n/aa great eco-friendly option among scooters. Second, it can support a rider weight of up to 220 pounds, making it perfect for kids and adults alike. On that note, we wish the scooter had adjustable handlebars, so that teens could keep using it as they grow.
