The Asus ROG Zephyrus S Ultra Slim is a monster of a gaming laptop, eating up PC requirements for breakfast thanks to its impressive NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 and Intel Core i7-9750H backing it up with 16GB of DDR4 RAM and 144Hz refresh rate, a massive leap above the Dell Inspiron 15 5000 Gaming Laptop. Those kinds of resources can not only play Roblox on high quality, but also titles such as Cyberpunk 2077. Unfortunately, the battery life is just under 4 hours. Not terrible, but not good either. With a military-grade magnesium alloy body, reinforced with a metal covering, the Asus ROG Zephyrus S Ultra Slim is one tough machine. It has RGB (adjustable via Armoury Crate) on the keyboard, which has Aura Sync for improved key input. There’s a 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD, which is expandable as is the RAM up to 24GB. You’ll get a variety of modern ports such as: USB Type C, like USB 3.1 Gen 2 and Gen 1, and Type-A USB 3.1 Gen 2 and USB 2.0.
Value
Having an RTX 2070 and gen Intel Core i7 processor is overkill and can actually play new titles such as Cyberpunk 2077. This is a high end gaming laptop after all. Spending $1700 on a laptop just to play Roblox is counterintuitive. If budget is a concern, then the Lenovo L340 i5 and Asus FX504 are both wonderful alternatives for half the price.
