Why We Like It – ProTeam ProVac FS6

The ProTeam ProVac FS6 keeps operation comfortable via open weave harness and padding while sucking up particles as small as 0.3 microns with 153 CFM.

Pros
  • Sucks up particles as small as 0.3 microns
  • Open weave harness w/ padding
  • 153 airflow power
Cons
  • Uses vacuum bags

Power

Underneath its hard exterior, the ProTeam ProVac FS6 Upright Vacuum Backpack is wielding 153 CFM and 1108 watts of power. That’s enough airflow power to suck up 99.97% particulates, down to 0.3 microns. That’s exactly what the Hoover Commercial C2401 can do, too.

Speed & Efficiency

ProTeam ProVac FS6 Backpack Vacuums comes shipped with several tools, like a crevice tool, two-piece wand, commercial power nozzle tool kit, and 50-foot cord length and fairly long hose length. The width of the vacuum head makes it that much easier to clean. More importantly, there are four levels of Intercept Micro Filters, with an additional HEPA filter after.

Bin Capacity & Maintenance

The microfilter bags can handle 1.5 gallons of dirt, dust, and debris, just 1 gallon less than the HEPA Vacuum Cleaner. These are quickly disposed of via trash. Maintenance is kept relatively low, thanks to vacuum bags, though the micro cloth filter can be cleaned every now and then. If you don’t, performance dips.

Durability

The ProTeam ProVac FS6 doesn’t use that flashy, shiny plastic you often see with vacuums. It’s well put together otherwise. The attachments have a sheen to them, but are otherwise cheap and effective. And since it’s 9.6 lbs, it isn’t hard to carry either.

Value

What can really sell you the ProTeam ProVac FS6 is its versatility. There’s several options open that provide additional services based on what you need. For example, a residential cleaning kit or the restaurant tool kit. This means that you have several options, which we put a lot of merit into. Any model can handle multi-surface jobs, easily. It’s also over $100 cheaper than the Koblenz Vacuum BP-1400.

ProTeam ProVac FS6 Wrap Up

For those owning small businesses, the ProTeam ProVac FS6 not only provides the surface you seek, but has several options to better fit the job. When in use, it makes the employee’s life easier by using an open weave harness and extra padding. They’ll need it; it’s sucking up 99.97% of particulates as small as 0.3 microns.
