Loaded with attachments, the Dyson Cyclone V10 Absolute Vacuum is one of, if not the best vacuum for laminate floors. This is because its soft roller cleaner head (bundled inside) is perfect for cleaning and dusting, making it a top contender as the best vacuum for tile floors too. It even targets pet hair! Why We Like It – Dyson Cyclone V10 Absolute Vacuum

Lightweight and powerful, the Dyson Cyclone V10 Absolute Vacuum is a shining example of what cord free vacuums can do, with a whole host of tools for every single occasion.

Pros
  • Lightweight and powerful
  • Can switch to a handheld vac
  • Targets everyday messes, including pet hair
Cons
  • Run time isn’t always consistent
  • Small bin capacity

Power

On normal suction mode, the Dyson Cyclone V10 Absolute Black Handheld Vacuum operates like your average vacuum cleaner. It isn’t until you crank it up to suction power mode II that you get the real power behind the Dyson V10. However, it doesn’t always provide consistent run time. On normal mode, you’ll get as much as 60 mins, and switching modes only vary its battery life.

Speed & Efficiency

Dyson Cyclone V10 Absolute Vacuum’s efficiency can best be experienced through its plethora of tools. One moment you’re slotting in the torque drive cleaner head on carpeting, then swapping in the mini motorized tool for pet hair. However, the Dyson Cyclone V10 Animal Stick Vacuum has always been a bit better with pet hair.

Bin Capacity & Maintenance

Having a 0.76-liter bin capacity isn’t that impressive, regardless of the fact that it’s 40% bigger than the Dyson V8 Animal Cordless Vacuum Cleaner. A big step for the Dyson V10 line, but not so much in practice. To be fair, if you’re cleaning regularly, this won’t be a problem—so long as you clean the bin out occasionally.

Durability

Just about every facet of the Dyson Cyclone V10 Absolute Vacuum is high quality, even the attachments that come bundled inside. And honestly, it isn’t surprising considering this is Dyson we’re talking about. The Kenmore Elite Vacuum looks like a dinosaur compared to the Dyson.

Value

The Dyson Cyclone V10 Vacuum Cleaner is worth every single penny it’s asking for. Here’s why: you’re getting six attachments altogether, two of which are swapped when vacuuming floors of carpets. It’s the perfect vacuum for top to bottom house cleaning. And you don’t have to buy vacuum bags! If you aren’t willing to shell out $544 for this bad boy, then you can drop down to the Shark Navigator Lift Away.

Dyson Cyclone V10 Absolute Vacuum Wrap Up

Wielding the Dyson Cyclone V10 Absolute Vacuum is, essentially, wielding some of the best performance out of a stick vacuum you can get. Few can challenge it. You’ll get used to its battery, once you get a feel for it. Despite that, it’s lightweight and powerful, and targets everything from dirt to pet hair. What’s not to like?
