Performance
The most striking experience when using Sennheiser Momentum Earbuds is the clarity, whether it’s a mid or high note, or a low bass note. This isn’t surprising considering this is Sennheiser we’re talking about, and not the Cambridge Audio Melomania 1. That quality extends the shell as well, making use of durable, tough, and splash-resistant materials to handle a multitude of environments. It puts the Shure SE215 to shame. Battery life hovers around 4 hours. That’s certainly on the shorter side, but what’s great is the charging case can hold two additional charges for a total of 12 hours.
Design
Unlike the Jaybird X2, the Sennheiser Momentum Earbuds can be a bit of a chore to use, at first. For better control, you’ll need to use the Smart Control app. You can then adjust the sound accordingly; otherwise, you’ll be using touch controls to access your voice assistant, audio playback, and so on. For example, you tap the right earbud to activate Google Assistant or Siri.

Value
It’s hard to argue with a price like that for a pair of Sennheiser headphones. What really seals the deal, however, has to be its wireless connection strength. Far too often earbuds fall into a trap of sounding good, but making sacrifices to their connection. You won’t find that problem with these earbuds. Sennheiser incorporated support for aptX-Low latency, providing the best available Bluetooth codecs and improving the wireless connection.
