The OppsDecore ebike is a great option for those on the go. This folding electric bike makes storage easy, and it’s disc brakes make it great for climbing steep hills. While high speeds may be difficult when relying on it’s assisted pedaling alone it’s anti-slip wear tires make rain and snow far more manageable.

Durability & Build Quality

The OppsDecore electric bike is made of standard metal, offering little elaboration as to its exact makeup, but sports carbon steel shock absorption and weighs 60lbs. It isn’t shoddily made by any means and its lithium-ion battery is reliable. Compared to its competitors this ebike is reliable and comes as an easy recommendation for those with little space to keep their own electric mountain bike under normal circumstances. This bike is built with convenience in mind and not high speed, so long as you use it as intended it should get the job done.

Performance (Speed & Acceleration)

The OppsDecor electric mountain bike won’t offer what most would consider high-speed biking given that compromises had to be made for its relatively low price and ability to fold for better storage. This folding electric bike can reach 15.5 MPH with assisted pedaling but can easily be used as a normal, if not heavy bicycle, ideal for city transit or trips through old dirt roads.

Range & Battery

This folding electric bike has a speed of 15.5 MPH with assisted pedaling and a max range of 31 miles. This ebike sports a lithium-ion battery that charges in 4 – 6 hours. A spare lithium battery can be bought through OppsDecor although tracking it down has proven difficult. If money isn’t an issue, the E-Cells Super Monarch Crown may be a better buy because of it’s two built-in batteries and astounding 30 – 60 miles of range on a full charge.

Safety features

The OppsDecor electric mountain bike features a headlight and horn as well as anti-slipwear tires for slippery surfaces. The lack of a suspension fork makes for somewhat of a rougher ride, and the disc brake can take some getting used to, as opposed to the HalloMotor 5000W FC-1 which offers better suspension and a hydraulic disc brake. This folding bike also may be more likely to give in the event of a slight collision and its integrity may not be as sure as its standard counterparts.

Value

The OppsDecor electric mountain bike is very cheap compared to other ebikes on the market thanks to its lithium battery. While it won’t offer the same high speed rides that the Haibike Sduro HARDSEVEN 2.0 can, it is an inexpensive beginner or hobbyist’s electric mountain bike for those trying something new, just be sure to buy an additional lithium-ion battery if you don’t have the 6 hours to spare between charges to get your money’s worth.

OppsDecor ebike Wrap Up

The OppsDecor electric bicycle is a fine option for those on a budget. The lithium-ion batteries mean you’ll spend far less than you would on gas if you’re looking for city riding, and this folding electric bike will fit in most economy cars without issues. While we do wish we could see better disc brakes on this ebike, the OppsDecor electric mountain bike is a good option for your first if you’re thinking of taking it up.
