Logitech knows what it takes to make the best gaming mouse. Logitech has announced the newest addition to their lineup of gaming peripherals, the Logitech G303 Daedalus Apex Performance Edition Gaming Mouse. At the core of the G303 is Logitech’s best optical sensor, the PMW3366, which delivers exceptional tracking while minimizing speed-related mouse acceleration.

The advanced PMW3366 sensor has zero smoothing across the entire DPI range, even at high sensitivity. Using customer feedback from the comunity, Logitech was able to build a gaming mouse that meets special performance needs of enthusiast gamers. The G303 Daedalus Apex uses metal spring button tensioning that delivers optimal response and feel so that in-game actions are always fast and accurate. But most impressively, at least in my humble opinion, is the programmable RGB lighting that allows buyers to bring their mouse to life with customized lighting. Users can change the color of the light emitting from the mouse using a palette containing 16.8 million color choices. The mouse also has six programmable buttons, and users can even temporarily down-shift DPI for better sniping accuracy with on-the-fly DPI switching.

The Logitech G303 Daedalus Apex Performance Gaming Mouse will be available in the U.S. and Europe at some point this month with an MSRP of $69.99. For a closer, full 3D look at the G303, check out Logitech’s official site. And look out for our official G303 review soon here at Gadget Review.
