Performance
Just like the iRobot Roomba 980, the iRobot Roomba 675 puts out the kind of cleaning performance that keeps floors clean, sucking up dirt, hair, and debris. Its battery life is a solid 90 minutes, almost matching the Eufy BoostIQ RoboVac 11S in run time. First, its dirt detection sensors find dust, large debris, and hair. With its dual multi-surface side brushes, it pushes the dirt towards its powerful suction and the dirt is gone. Since the brushes are designed at a 27-degree angle, they can easily nab the dirt in corners.
The base model does not include a virtual wall barrier, meaning you can’t create a virtual wall that it knows not to pass. However, there’s two Roomba models that include it for a heftier price. If you don’t want the Roomba wandering off, we would recommend a model with a virtual wall barrier. Still, the base model still has really advanced navigation compared to other robot vacuums.

Design
The iRobot Roomba 675 doesn’t go out of its way to alter what you picture a Roomba to look like—even looking similar to the ILIFE V3s Pro. Its two-tone surface is appealing enough, sporting a shiny finish with matte black trimming. There’s buttons on the top of the Roomba to adjust different settings or to start the vacuum up by pressing the clean button.
Additionally, the WiFi-connected robot vacuum can adjust its height based on the surface it’s dealing with. It works on carpets, not just hardwood floors and other types of hard floors, like the Ecovacs DEEBOT N79S. It also comes with a home base for home base charging.

Value
There are some Roomba robots that need your touch to activate, but the iRobot Roomba 675 doesn’t need your permission. Given how well it performs on hardwood and carpets, which is a huge plus, this robotic vacuum cleaner has excellent value. This is especially true given its accurate sensors and powerful suction.
To compound its value, the iRobot 675 doesn’t need your permission to work. Through WiFi connectivity, you can use the iRobot HOME app to schedule cleaning sessions as well as use Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa (you need an Echo Dot) to enable voice control and issue voice commands.

The iRobot Roomba 675 is a good little workhorse. Its 3-stage cleaning system easily picks up dirt, debris, and hair on hard flooring and carpets, including the corners. And you can easily forget it’s even there, by scheduling automatic cleaning sessions. Sure, you’ll need to clean the dustbin every so often, but it’s still an excellent budget robotic vacuum.
