To protect against rain, the G4Free Ultimate Golf Umbrella makes use of a very large canopy, one that comes in various sizes. It’s then angled further down than traditional umbrellas for much better coverage. The canopy uses its 8 fiberglass ribs to then reinforce its strength. The umbrella features a double-layer canopy, too. This allows the wind to flow through the umbrella rather than against it. We saw this feature before with the Repel Windproof Umbrella. What the Repel Windproof Umbrella didn’t have was SPF 50 protection.
Design
The G4Free Ultimate Golf Umbrella comes in various sizes. There’s a 54-inch canopy, 62-inch, and an extra large 68-inch. Even the smallest of sizes—54-inch canopy—can handle two, even three people (depending on size). If you’re with children or, yes, at a boring golf game with friends, the G4Free Ultimate Golf Umbrella is an ideal companion to have on your, given its windproof waterproof properties. There’s an auto open button, but strangely lacks an auto close button. It’s also rather heavy at two pounds!
