The Dyson Pure Hot Cool HP02 features a 360-degree glass HEPA filter that captures ultrafine particles from the air, as well as a carbon filter that eliminates any pungent odors. Efficiency
The Dyson pure hot cool link can be categorized as power-hungry, as it has a maximum power consumption level of up to 2100 Watts. This can however be mitigated if you choose to have the unit operate in some of the different modes that it’s got built-in. It’s got a night mode for example that kicks in in the evening, and has the fan operate at its quietest setting. Versatility
The Dyson purifier heater is pretty versatile in its functioning, as it remains very useful both in the summer and the winter. You’ll also be able to have it concentrate airflow to a certain direction thanks to jet focus control, and this is a feature that you won’t find on the Airmega 400s. To further direct airflow, the Dyson purifier can oscillate up to 180 degrees, and this makes sure that your whole room gets enough coverage.
Durability
Both the carbon and the HEPA filter on the Dyson fan heater will have to be replaced now and then, and since there’s no filter change indicator on it, you’ll just have to find a way to keep track of the 4300 hours that will have to have passed for you to change them. We would recommend getting the Dyson air purifier even if you suffer from certain respiratory conditions as it is certified asthma and allergy-friendly, and on top of that, has also been awarded the Quietmark accreditation. Arguably, the air purifier is a bit expensive, but if you can’t afford it, you should be able to find a lower-price alternative, but it won’t have the money-back guarantee that it comes with when brand new.
