It’s also got 5 fan speed options, but the good thing about it is that you’ll be able to switch it to auto mode and have it variate between the different levels depending on your indoor air quality. The filter utilizes a 3 stage filtration system that includes the use of a HEPA filter, a fabric pre-filter, and an activated carbon filter to get rid of bad odors.
Efficiency
To keep the Bissell air purifier running, you’ll only need an electrical outlet that offers about 120 volts, so the unit can be considered relatively energy efficient. There are, however, some things that you could do to make sure that it runs even more efficiently. In the evening, you could choose to switch the unit to night mode, and you’d have it operate a lot more quietly than normal.
