While the noise cancelling will ensure a great call quality keeping out the noise from your office, the listen in feature will allow an ambient mic to pick up whatever a colleague of yours may be saying to you. As for the mic for talking on calls, it allows the person on the other side to hear your voice clearly without having to listen to any unwanted noise in your surroundings. This along with the HD voice feature makes it a great wireless headset, with better mics than on the Apple Airpods or the ICOMTOFIT bluetooth headset.
Furthermore, when it comes to controls the Jabra Evolve 75 are greatly useful for calls but not so great for listening to music. You get a central button on the right ear cup which is used to answer and end calls only, while the volume up and down buttons allow you to control the volume according to your needs.
