The built-in night light is soft and ambient and just right for a child sleeping at night. It won’t disturb them but will set their mind at ease if they are afraid of the dark. The quiet operation of the machine also ensures a better night sleep. It’s rated at 30dB which isn’t bad but not the lowest we’ve seen.
