Be aware that it is rather large and bulky and requires being plugged into an outlet. It’s probably better off on the floor rather than on a table or shelf. One fascinating feature is that, unless standing directly above it, the water tank is invisible. It comes in two colours, black and white, which is a rarity in the humidifier world. You shouldn’t use essential oils with it, though, so check out Levoit Humidifiers if you do. The unit is easy to clean as it comes apart from the base to allow access to the bottom and inside. You will need to change filters, but considering you only really need to once a year, and that the filters cost a measly $10.00, it isn’t that big a deal.
