Date Dots Suction Cup to Leftovers, Stops Violent Vomiting

To the bachelor, leftovers are a God send.  We cook in mass and eat the same thing for dinner night after night for a about a week.  But, as the word bachelor implies, if not embodies, we’re not good at keeping things organized, clean, or returning phone calls in a timely manner.  So odds are we’ll stuff anything in the fridge down our gobs if we’re hungry enough, which can be a sore if not vomit inducing mistake. To make sure your food is measured out, you should also take a look at our review of the smart food scale.

The Date Dots are a brilliantly simple device that sticks to any flat surface using a suction cup.  You simply turn the dial to the date the would be food should expire, or the date it was placed in the fridge, and provided a year hasn’t transpired, you’ll always know how old the lasagna, steak, or chinese food is.  Yes, you’ll need to remember to apply them, so that’s why we suggest you leave them stuck to the inside or outside of the fridge.

A set of 3 costs $10.  We suggest picking up to 2 sets, because odds are you’ll lose one, break one, or have roommates that keep stealing your set.  Hopefully someone will invent a Bluetooth version for the iPhone – we’d love to see that.
