Performance
Unlike the simple to use Travelway Home LED Digital Alarm Clock, it took a couple mornings for some to get used to it. But those who’d kept with it wished that I’d gotten it years ago. One of the best perks is that you can customize it to fit your life or your deep sleep, for example you can set it to only the vibration or you can have just the extra loud alarm you could also just do the alert lights and vibrating alarm if you have thin walls or any other combination. Some have indicated their alarm would break or stop working if they had a back up battery in, and pure speculation on our part would be that the clock defaults to the battery backup rather than the cord for some reason.
Design
The alarm clock isn’t the most high end looking unlike the American Lifetime Premium Day Clock, with a black and red design of the Sonic Boom Alarm, you can pay more for a nicer finish like the red or blue model for example. Some have also wished that the bed shaker was wireless for the alarm clock, but the wire is rather long 5-6ft or that the volume control was a button over the more traditional dial.

While not as cheap as the Travelway Home LED Digital Alarm Clock the Sonic Boom Alarm Clock is perfect for the hearing impaired, with it’s dual alarm of sound and sight, the chance of it breaking, ether not going off or the snooze button getting stuck, seems high but if you do have any problems Sonic Alert’s customer service will be more than willing to give you a hand on any business days.
