iPad Pinball Machine Brings the Nostalgia, But Not the Size or Cost

Nothing can beat the traditional, and time tested pinball experience.  We’re talking springs, shiny stainless steel ball, and paddles that add to the visceral gaming experience.  This iPad Pinball Gaming Pad might run a close second, and most certainly costs far less than the full sized machines of a time past. Speaking of the past, our Risk HD for the iPad review will take you back to your favorite board game.

Surprisingly the iPad Pinball machine includes a set of spring loaded paddles and a launcher despite its modern facade. For another blast from the past, check out our Monopoly Here & Now: The World Edition iPad review. It connects to your iPad via Bluetooth, where upon you’ll be able to engage in some old school gaming thanks to the free accompanying pinball app that allows you to game on up to 5 different tables – Wild West, the Deep, Snow Pinball, DaVinci and Jungle Style.  Surprisingly it works with all generations of the iPad, and can accommodate up to two players.  It takes 3 AAA batteries.

Shaper Image sells it for $60.
