Each hexagon-shaped brush head does a great job at removing dirt and grime from toilets, in addition to rust, calcium and lime stains, thanks to the automatic cleaning design of the ToiletWand.
Though this kit does a great job with toilets, it isn’t a multi-surface cleaner so it’s not designed to clean other surface types typically found in bathrooms. Also, we found that this cleaning system did not do that great of a job at the removal of hard water stains, though these are somewhat uncommon. This is also the best bathroom tub cleaner we tried and the best bathroom cleaner for mold, thanks to the brush head’s shape excelling with the corners and angles typically found in tubs.
Though this item does indeed excel with the cleaning of bathroom tubs, it doesn’t do quite as good of a job with toilets and sinks. Additionally, the head can be removed for cleaning, but replacement heads are somewhat hard to come by. Speaking of heads, you may also like the best handheld shower heads.

Though the plastic handle is well made and comfortable to hold, it is on the shorter side, at just around three inches, which could make cleaning the toilet somewhat gross. This OXO Good Grips All Purpose Scrub Brush excels with the removal of dirt, grime, soap scum and related materials, thanks to its strong bristles. On the subject of bristles, they are strong enough to handle cleaning jobs but not so strong that they’ll scratch surface materials. We also liked the contoured handle, which offers a secure grip, and the budget-friendly price tag.
Though this brush is great for common bathroom surface types, it does not do too well as a toilet cleaner, thanks to the design. Additionally, this does not ship with a storage container, though the handle design allows it to rest on the edge of a waste basket.
