Break away from traditional tricycles and go for something unique. It needs to be comfortable, and accommodating to different heights, kids and adults alike. While we’re at it, we’ll throw in the possibility of enjoying the outdoors. The best adult tricycle, in this case, would be the Mobo Recumbent Tricycle. This tricycle has a lot of attractive features (like you have with some of the best vehicles), and is definitely worth checking out.

Why We Like It – Mobo Recumbent Tricycle

Enjoy biking with a more comfortable seating with this ultimate three wheeled bike. Its strong, steel frame is adjustable, accommodating various heights common in children and adults.

Pros
  • Strong, adjustable steel frame
  • Comfortable seating
  • Great for kids and adults
Cons
  • Great for kids and adults
  • Slight learning curve

Performance

What the Mobo Triton Pro Recumbent Trike does best is provide loads of fun for adults and kids alike. The ability to quickly sit in the comfortable seating in a more stable position will make biking around town that much more enjoyable. Controlling the Mobo Recumbent Tricycle will take some time, since two handles are used to turn left and right, but the learning curve is only ever slight. Also, going up hills may prove challenging considering the tricycle only has one speed, unlike the 7 speeds you get from a Slsy Tricycle Three Wheeler.

Design

Unlike your traditional three-wheeled, like the MOPHOTO Tricycle Cruiser, the structure of the Mobo Recumbent Tricycle is very different. Rather than have you hunched over handle bars, you get to sit in a rather comfortable seat with a back. This allows you to relax as you use handles on each side to steer. Holding this together is a strong, steel frame. It can be adjusted to accommodate individuals as tall as 6 feet and 3 inches or as short as 4 feet and 2 inches. You can get a little short, down to 4 feet, with the Mobo Shift.

Value

Is the Mobo Recumbent Tricycle worth the steel it’s constructed from? Despite having only one speed and a slightly learning curve, this tricycle is definitely worth picking up. This is especially true if you have young kids, and want to take them on fun adventures (while slipping in some cardio for their health). It’s the right amount of fun and exercise both adults and kids can get behind. But if you’re looking for something to use in lieu of your car, the Schwinn Meridian Adult Tricycle has a big basket for running errands. Mobo Recumbent Tricycle Wrap Up

If you’re looking to buy your kids—or yourself—a bike, the Mobo Recumbent Tricycle is a done deal. It has a strong steel frame to accommodate all shapes and sizes (up to 250 lb limit), comfortable seating, and unique hand controls. While it’s single-speed only, and takes a ride or two to get used to it, adults and kids will love it regardless.
