The Logitech wireless touch keyboard is great for web surfing from the couch in your living room. The K400 Plus features an integrated touchpad that doubles as the mouse, including both the right and left click buttons. The unifying receiver makes it easy to connect and makes it one of the best wireless keyboards out there.

Why We Like It – Logitech K400 Plus

The Logitech K400 Plus keyboard offers wireless freedom and comes with a touchpad that doubles as the mouse. It’s not too different than the Arteck 2.4 wireless keyboard/mouse combo. This wireless touch keyboard uses a Unifying receiver that delivers a range of up to 10 meters. The integrated touchpad also comes with a right-click and left-click button.

Pros
  • Integrated touchpad
  • Good wireless range
  • Customizable F Keys
Cons
  • No backlight

Performance

The touch keyboard K400 Plus from Logitech features the Unifying protocol 2.4 gigahertz, which delivers a wireless range of up to 10 meters or 33 feet. The unifying receiver can be plugged into any USB port, either on your computer or a TV that has a computer mode, and will start working immediately. The keyboard offers almost zero lag, but the touchpad may face some lag with certain TVs. Another good alternative is the Arteck HB030B Slim wireless keyboard, which is just as slim.

Design

Unlike the Corsair K63, the Logitech K400 Plus has a slim and compact design, which makes it easy to use. The inclusion of a touchpad means that you don’t have to carry a mouse around with you. But, this wouldn’t make a great keyboard for Xbox One. Logitech has included the familiar F keys layout on the keyboard, and also made it customization with Logitech options. The 3-inch touchpad is easy to use and features both left and right-click buttons above it. If not this, you can also try out the RII i4 Mini, which is also a great compact keyboard.

Value

Much like its cousin, the Logitech Wireless Solar Keyboard K570, the wireless touch keyboard K400 Plus is great value for money, especially since it comes with a touchpad. It has a compact slim design that’s easy to hold and has all the familiar keys that you’ll see in a regular keyboard. The compatibility offered by the K400 Plus is also good, as it works with Windows, Mac, ChromeOS, and even Android. It uses two AA batteries and offers a battery life of up to 18 months. Logitech K400 Plus Wrap Up

The Logitech K400 Plus is an excellent keyboard that can be used when working from your bed or to surf the web on your smart TV. It has an integrated touchpad, a good wireless range of up to 10 meters, and a full set of customizable F keys. Although it doesn’t have backlight keys, they’re very comfortable to type on.
