This power bank boasts an impressive quantity of features at a modest price point. Features like dual-charging, above-average industry standard battery life, and a design that helps to prolong battery life, it’s a great portable charger option for anyone searching. Check out some more best portable chargers to see just how well the INIU Portable Charger ranks amongst the others!

Why We Like It – INIU Portable Charger

The INIU Portable Charger, though a “value” portable charger, can hold its own against some of its competitors such as the Anker PowerCore. But what it lacks in certain areas it makes up for in others like the ability to dual-charge, its small and pocketable design, and its modest price-point.

Pros
  • Quick to Charge Your Phone Battery
  • Charge Two Devices at Once
  • Can be Taken on Commercial Flights
Cons
  • No Quick Charge Feature
  • Light, but still a bit bulky

Performance

The portable charger doesn’t come with a quick charge, but it can charge a phone battery, take an iPhone or Galaxy for example, in about one to one and a half hours. The battery life lasts about 6 months while on standby mode and can charge phones, again let’s say an iPhone or a Galaxy, about three times before needing to be charged. The battery pack lasts, according to the company, for about 500 cycles, allowing you to charge your phone battery about 1,500 times before needing to replace it which is slightly higher than industry standards for power banks. If you need a mega-sized battery for endurance, the Portable Charger Power Bank 24800mAH packs a wallop and can potentially last an entire week on a single charge. Design

Your power bank stays safe because of the advanced charging circuitry which also prolongs its battery life, both how long it remains charged and how long it lasts overall. The power bank includes 2 USB ports (both Type-A) and a newly added USB-Type C port. It scales in at about seven ounces, which means it’s small enough to carry in your bag, or even pocket, comfortably. If you desire an even smaller, more compact device, please try the Jackery Portable Charger Bar 6000mAH, which is only five ounces and lives up to the “portable” name.

Value

Priced at $60.00 on amazon.com, it’s a modest price for a portable charger of this battery size and speed. The lithium-ion battery is rated at 37Wh, well below the 100Wh standard for lithium-ion batteries set by the United States TSA Agency and so can be safely taken aboard any flight provided that it is in your carry-on luggage. Despite all the top-end, or near top-end, this portable charger provides, the Anker PowerCore 20100mAH is probably the highest-of-the-line you can get in terms of power banks so opt for that if you want to be assured quality.

INIU Portable Charger Wrap Up

The “value” designation the INIU Portable Charger has seems to be in reference to its affordable price-point and not in terms of the plentiful features it offers. It may not be juicy enough for the most hardcore power users, but it can get the job done for light, medium, and heavy users without any problems.
