The Gaggenau 200 Series BL253610 is effectively your standard oven, but instead of a traditional flip down door, a motorized tray lowers with the push of a button. This insures that the heats stays in (heat rises) and makes loading a snap; no more bending over. Gaggenau boasts precise temperature control and a feature that allows cooks to monitor the actual interior temperature of the oven, something called “thermo-test”. Other features include auto shutoff, a self-cleaning mode and a built-in air cleaning system so grease doesn’t collect on top of your fridge.
