The 80s were a time for imagination.  Sure, the NES arrived in 1984, but that didn’t stop us from running around outside or playing with actual physical toys.  It was a magical time that kids today will unfortunately never have the luxury of experiencing.  If you’re one of these kids, of a time past, then you’ll surely want a G.I. Joe USB Drive from who else, but Mimobot.

Mimobot worked closely with Hasbro to develop these drives.  They each include not only screensavers, avatars, and wallpapers, but digital issues of the 1980’s comic books, episodes of the original animated series, and classic G.I. JOE PSA’s.  The latter three surely justify their price tag, which range from $20 to $70.  At the upper end of the price spectrum you’ll get a 64GB drive, while at $20 you’ll get 8GB of storage.  Nonetheless, whatever size drive you get, you’ll have all the wow factor you expect to garner from friends of a similar age and perhaps immaturity.   Our personal favorite is Cobra Commander.  His iconic blue suit and gleaming silver mistake can’t be mistaken.

Of note, Mimobot also released new Transformer drives.
