Why We Like It – Cuisinart Digital Air Fryer Toaster Oven

The Cuisinart Digital Air Fryer Toaster Oven does more than just toasts. It’s an incredible unit with a lot of functionality. You get a toaster oven, convection oven, broiler, air fryer, and more, all in one! Frying with air instead of oil means you’re getting healthy and tasty wings, fries, and veggies. It even has an option to slow cook, for mouthwatering, fall-off-the-bone pork and ribs.

Performance

The Cuisinart air fryer and toaster oven can really do it all, and definitely beats other toaster ovens like the Breville Smart Oven Pro. This best toaster oven air fryer is a large capacity oven; this workhorse can fry up to a 3 lb chicken or other food at once! Not only that, but you can use it for so many different things, like proofing bread dough, defrosting, and dehydrating food, and of course, baking pizza and toasting bread. It has a wide temperature range of 80F to 450F; the low cooking temperature setting is great for slow cooking and braising, while there are higher temperatures for broiling and cooking. There is also a wide range of cooking functions: bake, broil, pizza, roast, toast, bagel, reheat, warm, and dual cook. It has an 1800 watt motor, fan, and heater that is very quiet, and the convection broil setting cooks food very evenly.

Design

The Cuisinart TOA-65 toaster oven air fryer combo is stainless steel and is a large size (0.6 cubic feet), meaning you can cook multiple dishes at once. It has a large viewing window in the door and an interior light, so you can make sure your food is cooked to perfection. The digital buttons make the preset temperatures easy to understand and use, similar to the digital controls on the Oster TSSTTVMNDG-001. The nonstick interior and removable drip pan makes the Cuisinart easy to clean. It is a fairly large unit, so if you have a small kitchen and limited counter space, this might not be the appliance for you. But its large size means it has many more options, so the large size might be worth it.

Value

The Cuisinart Digital Airfryer Toaster Oven is on the expensive side, but the value comes with the sheer amount of toaster oven functions. First of all, it’s one of the few toaster ovens that comes with an air fry function. Secondly, the high low temperature settings means it’s just as versatile as a normal oven or even Crock Pot. The temperature time settings are fully adjustable, and it comes with a drip / baking pan to make cleanup a breeze. The Cuisinart toaster oven is much more expensive than others, like the Panasonic PAN-NB-G110PW, but if you plan on using it everyday, or like to host large parties, then it’s way more valuable and useful, and will last a long time.

Cuisinart Digital Air Fryer Toaster Oven Wrap Up

The Cuisinart convection toaster air fryer is one of the best units on the market, putting other ovens and air fryers to shame! It can do pretty much everything you need it to do, basically a second oven for side dishes, leftovers, chicken wings. If you like to bake bread, it acts as a dough proofer, and it even dehydrates fruits and veggies for tasty snacks on the go. Despite the large price tag, it’s a fantastic appliance that is well worth the investment.
