The Bushnell 111026 ImageView earned its place as the Best Binocular Camera and perhaps the best digital camera by providing users with enough magnification to enjoy sights from a distance. The dimension sizes on this model are 7.8 x 2.28 x 7.01 inches. It doubles its worth by having the capability to snap a picture and save it onto your SD card.

Why We Like It – Bushnell 111026 ImageView

The Bushnell 111026 ImageView is a great companion for the outdoors. With this device, you can gaze upon the world around you in great depth thanks to the magnifier embedded in this device. As long as you keep a couple of AAA batteries with you, this device will stay powered up.

Pros
  • SD slot can hold up to 1GB of storage
  • Compact enough to fit in your pocket
Cons
  • Only 8MB of internal storage

Image quality

You can expect the image view binoculars to provide a resolution capped at 640×480 pixels. Unlike the Bestguarder NV800 7×31, the binoculars provide 10x magnification, so you can close in on the sights you want to see. There is a remote shutter cable that you can use when you need help taking pictures while it’s on a tripod mount. The field of view is set to 290 Ft at 1000 yards. Ease of use

There is a limited amount of controls on these Bushnell Imageview devices, so it will be easy to learn. On top of the binoculars is a dial that allows you to magnify your view. There is a camera button and power button located on the top as well. There is barely 8MB of flash memory available, so you must insert a memory card into the SD card slot if you want to store any of your pictures. You can connect these binoculars to your computer and access the pictures from there. If these features are not what you were looking for, you may want to take a look at the Fujifilm XQ2 or the Panasonic Lumix GX80.

Battery life

As long as you have a couple of AAA batteries, your binoculars can stay powered up as long as you need them. You can expect to continuously use the binoculars for about 5 hours on a couple of batteries.

Durability

This product is not waterproof, so don’t take it for a swim. The weight of these Bushnell binoculars is about 10 ounces, so they should be easy to carry around, and you can fit them into practically any bag making them easier to care for. One sure miss was capping the maximum upgradeable storage to 1GB, which means that about 250 pictures will be cut before you have to transfer them to your computer. If you would like to see what some of the competitors offer, the Gosky 10×42 Roof Prism Binoculars encases its product in rubber armor.

Value

These inexpensive binoculars are good to take on road trips, concerts, and more. With this product, you can see an in-depth view of what’s in front of you. The binoculars go above and beyond by providing the option to take a picture of any view you encounter. Since they are small, you can carry them along your journey without worrying about the item tiring you out as you go about your way.

Bushnell 111026 ImageView Wrap-Up

While the Bushnell 111026 ImageView could have used more expansion as far as internal and external storage goes, it still provides 10 times magnification for whatever sight you are looking at and can link up with your computer via USB port when you want to manage the digital imaging content you have created.
