For regular use, we wholeheartedly suggest using the Bissell 9595A Cleanview Bagless Vacuum, due to its friendly price and performance. But the best vacuum for allergies? Not so much. However, it has other strengths you shouldn’t overlook, like Onepass technology and a multi-cyclonic system. If you’re looking for more vacuum options, visit our best vacuum cleaner list.

Why We Like It – Bissell 9595A Cleanview Bagless Vacuum

The Bissell 9595A Cleanview Bagless Vacuum couples its strong suction power with intelligently designed technologies: multi cyclonic system and Onepass to ensure the first pass is the only one you need. This is what makes a great canister vacuum.

Pros
  • Multi cyclonic system + Onepass technology
  • No vacuums bags necessary
  • Your purchase goes towards helping pets
Cons
  • Inefficient on hard floors
  • Lack of HEPA filtration

Power

With powerful suction, more powerful than your average stick vacuum, 9595A Cleanview Upright Vacuums do a solid job using that power to lift pet hair and debris from carpets. It even translates well when wielding the turbo brush. The iRobot Roomba 960 Robot Vacuum wishes it had that kind of power.

Speed & Efficiency

Suction power is great, but the other half of the puzzle are the technologies being used. Bissell Upright Cleanview Vacuums have a multi-cyclonic system and Onepass technology. That means the initial pass, coupled with its innovative brush design, picks up most debris, if not all. But when it comes to hard floor care, you’ll have to swing back and forth a few times to make any progress. It also doesn’t have any HEPA filtration, so it isn’t the best for collecting allergies. Unlike the leading bagged vacuums, which trap all the dirt effectively.

Bin Capacity & Maintenance

Another subpar feature is the small dustbin. It holds 2 liters, 2.5 liters smaller than the Miele Complete C3 Marin. On the bright side, it’s completely bagless. Just hold the release button over a garbage can and away the debris goes. For maintenance, rinse the dustbin out every so often to prevent build-up.

Canister and bagless vacuums are perfect for easy cleaning and maintenance. You’ll find the same features in our Bissell Cleanview upright bagless 2252 review.

Durability

Mostly plastic, so it’s lighter, but ultimately cheaper. One notable aspect of the BIssell 9595A Cleanview Bagless Vacuum is its washable pre motor filter, adding some much-needed durability. It even saves you a bit of cash not having to worry about post motor filters too often.

Value

Are the Bissell Cleanview Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaners worth it? After all, it’s bagless, really affordable, and comes with a turbobrush tool. For everyday use, we’d absolutely recommend it. Your purchase even goes towards helping animals. But for allergies? No. It doesn’t have HEPA filtration, but the Kenmore Elite Vacuum does. If that’s a concern, this Bissell vacuum isn’t for you.

Bissell 9595A Cleanview Bagless Vacuum Wrap Up

The Bissell 9595A Cleanview Bagless Vacuum may have a multi-level filtration system, but it doesn’t compare to dedicated HEPA filters. Not to mention its inefficiency on hard floors. That’s not to say it’s useless—far from it. Onepass technology and a multi-cyclonic system are great for regular use. You even save money avoiding vacuum bags.
