Performance
Getting your preferred darts to stick on the Winmau Blade 5 Bristle Dartboard will be a cinch. There’s no magic here, but rather a dual core system Winmau implemented. Rather than have one layer of bristle, there’s two. This means the point of your dart won’t penetrate the first layer and hit the back; instead, it will travel through the first bristle layer and come to another. In the end you get far better point penetration without bounce offs, and still easy to remove, unlike arrows stuck inside a Morrell Double 450FPS Archery Target.
Design
The dynamic sector wires and radial wires separating each scoring area are made much thinner and sharper, providing more surface area. This in turn gives you much higher scoring potential since the darts will be far less likely to strike the boundaries and bounce off. To further provide a great playing area is the triple rota lock and level system. When installed, those three locks can level the board and lock it into place.
