Racing seats are more than warranted if that’s your primary mode of gaming. But if you plan on spending $1,300 you better be acquiring the whole kit and kaboodle. And hence the problem with Playseat’s F1 Red Bull seat. It’s devoid of the necessary gaming hardware, such as pedals and a steering wheel. Instead, you’ll be buying a glorified chair that is compatible with a wide vareity of aftermarket racing sim parts. However, it is said to provide a true F1 car like experience thanks to the position of the pedals and steering wheel. And let’s not forget the Red Bull branding, that’s gotta be worth something, right?
