I knew it was coming but I can’t say I was exactly beaming with excitement.  Nokia officially unveiled 2 new Xpress phones: the 5730 and 5330 XpressMusic and the 5030 XpressRadio.

The 5730 is denoted by its full slide out QWERTY keyboard and includes a 2.4-inch QVGA display, dedicated gaming keys (N-Gage style), 3.5mm headphone jack, HSDPA connectivity, quad-band GSM, microSD card slot, WiFi, Bluetooth A2DP, 3MP camera, front facing VGA camera (think video calls), FM radio with RDS, GPS and Nokia’s ‘say and play’ voice control.

The 5330, which takes the form of a slider, is a 3G phone with touch music controls (music playback tops out at 26 hours), VGA display, microSD card slot, 3.5mm jack, Bluetooth, 3MP camera and GPS.

Last, and actually the least is the 5030 Xpress Radio which is a dumbed down version of the 5730 and includes a 120×160 display, FM radio and the basic cell phone features.

The 5030 will launch next quarter for less than $50, while the 5730 and 5300 Xpress music phones will hit sometime in Q3 for $360 and $205 respectively.
