As number 4 in the best automatic pot stirrer buying guide, the ardente gourmet stirrer is a decent pot stirrer that can stir preserves, soups, sauces, and more. The blades of the stirrer are positioned as close to the bottom of the pot as possible to thoroughly stir its contents without scraping that pot. This gourmet stirrer can easily make the best kitchen gadgets list.

Why We Like It – Ardente Gourmet Stirrer Color Black

The Ardente Gourmet Stirrer Color Black automatic pot stirrer is capable of continuously stirring ingredients for most of an entire day before it runs out of power (unlike the YHCWJZP Electric Automatic Blender Supplies that only lasts for 4 hours) It also has adjustable blades and has a wide and decent range of pots that it can be used for.

Pros
  • Free delivery
  • Long battery life
  • Stirs near the bottom of the pot
Cons
  • Not strong enough
  • Not rechargeable

Performance

It has 2 stirrer options available, and although it can stir for a maximum of about 24 hours before it runs out of power, it’s only strong enough to stir sauces, lighter soups, and preserves without getting stuck, as it would get stuck if used to stir cheese, which means that it’s not as powerful as the StirMATE Smart Pot Stirrer. However, that also means that it has a much longer battery life than the StirMATE, as the StirMATE has a battery life of about 13 hours. A good knife sharpener will help you chop you up those ingredients and make stirring even easier. Check out our Edge of Glory Knife Sharpener Review, if you need some suggestions.

Design

Despite the simplicity, there’s more to this than its sleek looks and glossy black color. Like the Uutensil Saucepan Stirrer, it isn’t rechargeable and requires 4 batteries. However, while the Uutensil uses AA batteries, the Ardente requires C batteries. This adjustable pot stirrer can fit pans that are 9-14 inches in diameter and 6-11 inches in height. It also has exceptional heat resistance, as it can withstand stirring ingredients that have been heated to 375 °F.

Value

The saki automatic auto stirrer costs slightly less than the Ardente stirrer, but is more powerful and is rechargeable. Porridges, custard, cheese, and chunky stew barely slow it down compared to the effect those meals would have on the Ardente stirrer. Also, since the Ardente uses batteries, it wouldn’t be cost efficient if the user wants to constantly use it. Unless the user doesn’t need to use it very often, and only needs it for lighter recipes, stirrers like the saki stirrer are better alternatives.

Ardente Gourmet Stirrer Color Black Wrap Up

Some customer reviews have noted that while this stirrer isn’t the most powerful and specializes in slow stirring, it manages to stir as close to the bottom of the pot as possible when stirring the user’s lighter recipes. They have also mentioned that it’s best to hand wash the stirrer.
