When you’re looking for the best phone for vlogging, it’s always good to check out features like wireless charging and stable wi-fi. This wireless charging ensures you’ll always have a charge when you need to record or post a video, and the stable wi-fi is just a given considering you’ll constantly need the internet. The iPhone XS 64GB has both of these features and works as one of the best smartphone for content creation.

Why We Like It – Apple iPhone XS 64GB

The Apple iPhone XS 64GB is going to be an excellent phone. If Apple’s track record proves anything, it’s this. The A12 Bionic Chip makes the phone much more powerful than others, including its predecessors, and the 120Hz tracking input allows for stunning response times.

Overall Performance

The iPhone XS possesses an A12 Bionic Chip which brings on loads more power, a step-up in graphical performance, and a Neural Engine which allows your phone to get smarter as you use it. As you may have guessed, you get 64GB of memory, which is the lowest Apple offers, and the same as the iPhone XS Max. A little restrictive if you’re focusing on vlogging, try the Samsung Galaxy S10+ for some more memory.

Battery Life

The battery life on the iPhone XS is close to 11 hours. This isn’t bad, but it’s not particularly good either. Apple has never really chased battery life when it came to their phones for some reason. Try the Apple iPhone 11 Pro if you want better. However, Apple has once again included wireless charging, so investing in a charging pad or two will make battery worries a thing of the past. Since battery life is essential to a blogger, the Motorola Moto G7 Power can be a great alternative since it has an awesome 5000mAh battery and a perfect camera.

Display

Things have been improved in terms of the dynamic range of display and boosts it by 60% to make the Dolby Vision effects more impressive compared to the iPhone 10. The phone also features a 120Hz tracking input which means it’s much faster at picking up your touch input. The display is also just slightly bigger than previous models, but is still small even to be controlled with just one hand.

Durability

There’s not much difference between this and the iPhone X, save for the fact that this is a bit smaller. But the XS still feels comfortable to hold thanks to the curved, not sharp, edges. However, the stainless steel band is quite prone to scratching. Getting a case is highly recommended. One good thing, though, is that the speaker, located at the bottom of the phone, cranks out excellent audio despite its bottom-dwelling position.

Value

Of course, the iPhone XS 64GB will come with an iOS 12 operating system. You can check out Google’s answer, the Google Pixel 4XL, if you’re not a fan of iOS. The iPhone XS comes in the standard color ranges: gold, silver, gray, and space gray. Wi fi connectivity and stability is also solid, so you’ll be able to vlog and post consistently without any issues.

Apple iPhone XS 64GB Wrap Up

The downsides to the Apple iPhone XS, such as the scratch-prone band and the low memory, are common to almost all phones so it’s kind of unfair to single them out on it. Battery life aside, Apple has once again proved they know what they are doing in making phones. The iPhone XS is proof of that.
